Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Annes Bazaar, a brand of Ann's Enterprises, we are committed to providing you with the finest, authentic South Indian curries and mixes, including our signature Sambar, Rasam, Vathal Kulambu, More Kulambu, Kara Kulambu, Puli / Meen Kulambu, Kurma / Mutton Kulambu, Pulikulambu Premix, Pongal Premix, Mor Kulambu Premix, Keerai Kulambu Premix, Idli Dosai Podi Premix, Idiyappam Premix, Banana Powder, and Adai Dosai Premix. Your satisfaction is our priority, but due to the perishable nature of our food products, our policy is designed to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel your order only if the preparation or packaging process has not yet begun. This window is typically within 2 hours of placing the order, especially for items prepared fresh or immediately dispatched.

  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Care team immediately with your Order Number via the dedicated contact methods provided below.

  • Cancellation Acceptance:

    • If the cancellation is requested and approved before preparation/packaging begins, a full refund will be initiated.

    • If the order has already been prepared or packed for shipment, cancellation may not be possible, and no refund will be issued.

  • Cancellation by Ann's Enterprises: We reserve the right to cancel an order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to, product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or if we suspect any fraudulent transaction. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.


2. Refund and Return Policy (No Returns)

Due to the nature of our edible, perishable products, we strictly adhere to a no-return policy once an order has been delivered, to maintain food quality and hygiene. However, a refund or replacement may be considered only in the following, highly specific circumstances:

  • Product Damage or Defect: If the product delivered to you is clearly damaged, has manufacturing defects, or is compromised upon arrival (e.g., severe leakage, broken seal), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.

Eligibility for Refund/Replacement:

To be eligible for a refund or replacement in the above-mentioned scenarios, you must provide the following:

  • Proof of Purchase (Order Number).

  • Visual Evidence: Clear, unedited photographs or a video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product and its packaging. This evidence is mandatory for all claims.

  • The claim must be made within 24 hours of the delivery time.

Non-Eligibility for Refund/Replacement:

We cannot offer a refund or replacement for:

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or use by the customer after delivery (e.g., not following refrigeration instructions).

  • Claims made after the 24-hour window from delivery.

  • Subjective reasons such as a dislike of the taste, flavour, or texture.

  • Orders where the recipient is unavailable or refuses to accept the delivery at the specified address.


3. Refund Processing

If your cancellation or refund claim is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.).

  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account is typically 7-10 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
